I posted last week that the Great Clips Inc. (GCI) Real Estate & Development team was looking forward to attending ICSC RECon because of the great opportunity to meet so many people—and we weren’t disappointed! Between all seven GCI Real Estate Managers, Paul Guidera (our Director of Real Estate) and me, we probably had over 300 meetings with various landlords, developers and brokers. Greetings from ICSC RECon! Not surprisingly, Monday was a busy day that started with a meet-and-greet at our booth. About 40 Exclusive Agents stopped by to chat with the Real Estate & Development team (and, no doubt, pick up some free samples from the neighboring Jimmy John’s booth!).
